Delivery
Delivery Information
Orders are being sent directly from our brands to the customer. We currently have brands shipping from over 40+ countries to 220 countries and territories. You can view the full list of territories and countries we deliver to here.
Orders are shipped by each brand directly to customers. As a result, if your order contains multiple brands, your products will arrive at different times and in separate packages. Even though brands ship orders separately, you only pay one low cost shipping rate no matter how many brands are in your order.
A tracking number and the name of the courier service will be emailed to you when each brand ships and will feature the products that were shipped by that brand for your reference. You can visit the associated shipping company's website and use this tracking number to check the status of the delivery.
We use DHL Express, USPS, and Canada Post to deliver orders. Which delivery service we use will depend on where the products are being shipped from and where they are going.
Delivery Speed
There are two types of fulfillment speeds: “immediate ship” and “made to order”. Each product page shows the fulfillment speed of that specific product. Products that are listed as “immediate ship” are packed and shipped by the brand within 3 business days. Products that are listed as “made to order” are shipped according to the lead time listed on the product page. These lead times can range from 1 week to 3 months.
If you order made to order and immediate ship products from the same brand in the same order, the immediate ship products will not ship from that brand until the made to order products are due to ship. If you want to avoid having to wait to receive your immediate ship product, place an order for the immediate ship item separately from the made to order item. Reminder, orders are shipped by each brand seperately, so if you have a made to order item from brand A and an immediate ship item from brand B, the immediate ship item from brand B will be shipped immediately and will not be held up by brand A.
Once orders are collected from the brand by the shipping company, they will be delivered within 2-5 business days. In total, orders can be received by customers within 5-8 business days.
Delivery Fees
There is a flat rate shipping fee for all orders that are under $500. All orders over $500 ship for free. The flat rate shipping fee varies depending on the region the customer is located in.
Flat rate shipping fees for each region include:
- United States: $25
- Canada: $25
- United Kingdom: $35
- Europe: $35
- Africa: $35
- Asia:$50
- Rest of the World: $50
Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the products. Any applicable taxes will be based on where the products in the order are shipping from and what state or country the order is being delivered.
U.S. Customers: Local sales taxes may be collected depending on the state the order is being delivered and where the products are being shipped from. Any applicable local sales tax will be calculated and appear at checkout. For products being shipped from brands outside of the U.S., customs duties may be applied to those specific items and will need to be paid by the customer before the item can be delivered.
International Customers: For orders being shipped to customers outside of the U.S., international customs duties may be collected depending on the country the order is being delivered to and the country the products are being shipped from.
Paying International Duty: We ship on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that for orders placed with an international brand, if custom duties are required, the buyer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees in order to receive the shipment. These fees are determined by the customer’s local government and vary depending on the destination country.
Once the order arrives in the destination country, the local customs office or the courier handling the delivery will notify the customer via email of any additional charges (duties, taxes, customs fees). The customer will be required to pay these fees before the shipment can be delivered. The courier may accept credit/debit cards, or the customer may be directed to an online platform to settle these charges. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay the courier directly upon delivery.
